Terms & Conditions – Important Information for Muster Attendees

ID Required for Entry

All attendees must present ID upon entry to the Music Park.

• 18+ Patrons – A valid photo ID (Australian driver’s license, passport, or proof of age card) is required for entry to both the festival and bar areas.

• Under 18s – Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

 

Prohibited Items

For safety and comfort, alcohol, animals, glass, illegal substances, large umbrellas, and items that could be used as weapons are not permitted.

 

Ticket Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of a full cancellation, which is at the sole discretion of the Event Organiser.

 

Personal Responsibility

Attendance is at your own risk; please exercise caution and stay safe.

 

Environmental Policy

We are committed to a plastic-free environment. Please bring reusable water bottles to fill at free drinking stations and dispose of all waste responsibly.

 

Total Fire Ban

Fires, flares, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.

 

Patron Conduct

Excessive drinking, illegal drug use, or antisocial behaviour will result in removal from the event and may involve law enforcement.

 

Wristbands

Wristbands are non-transferable, must be worn at all times, and cannot be replaced if lost.

 

High-Risk Activities

Moshing, crowd surfing, stage diving, and climbing are prohibited due to safety risks. The Event Organiser assumes no liability for injuries from such activities.

 

Dress Code

Attendees displaying motorcycle gang colours, patches, or insignia will not be permitted entry.

 

Safety Reminder

Please do not drink and drive.

 

Camera Policy

Small digital cameras are allowed, but professional cameras, video cameras, and tape recorders are prohibited.

 

Event Continuation

The event will proceed in all weather conditions.

 

Artist Line-Up Changes

Artists may be subject to change without notice, and refunds are not provided for line-up adjustments.

 

Stage View

A clear view of the stage cannot be guaranteed; we recommend arriving early.

 

Respect for Venue Grounds

Help us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment by using appropriate waste bins.

 

Respect for Neighbours

Please arrive and depart quietly, out of respect for our local community.
