You don’t need a hard copy ticket, but we’ll need to scan your ticket (either digital or printed) at the gate to exchange it for an armband.

Do you offer concession tickets?

We don’t offer concession tickets, but we do provide pre-release tickets, so grab yours early to avoid missing out! Tickets are non-refundable. However, if your plans change and you can’t make it, you’re welcome to resell your ticket. Non-ticket holders can still enjoy the street carnival for free.

Do you accept Companion Cards?

Can I throw a swag down and camp?

Yes! Temporary community campgrounds with toilets and showers are available for festival-goers and can be purchased along with your festival tickets. If you’re after something more permanent, the Boyup Brook Flax Mill Caravan Park is also an option. For bookings, contact the Campervan and Motorhome Club of Australia at 02 4978 8788.

Are there seats available to rest my weary body?

Feel free to bring your own chair or rug! Please note that chairs left unoccupied for extended periods will be folded and stored in a designated area to ensure all attendees can enjoy the incredible performances.

Will there be food and drinks?

Absolutely! A wide variety of food and drink options will be available both in town and at the Music Park. Many vendors offer delicious, healthy choices.

Please note: the Music Park is licenced and not a BYO drinks venue, but water is allowed.

Yes. The event is a licensed venue, so all patrons aged 18+ must present valid photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or proof of age card).

How do I get my bootscootin' body in and out of the event?

The main entry gate is on Jackson Street. Many campgrounds are within easy walking distance, but there’s also plenty of parking near the venue for those who need to drive.

Should I bring the little ankle biters?

Absolutely! Families are a big part of what makes the event so special. Please ensure that all minors are accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian, as this is a licensed venue.

Can my four-legged friend come with me?

Guide and Assistance Dogs are welcome, but please note that pets are not permitted in the Music Park, and no dogs are allowed on utes.
