Warwick’s passion for guitar took root at the age of 14, sparking a lifelong love for guitar-driven music across all genres. As a young man, he brought his talent to the North Midlands and Geraldton regions, where he played electric guitar in country bands, captivating audiences with his energy and skill.


After leaving his farming career later in life, Warwick rekindled his musical passion, this time as a solo performer. Armed with his acoustic guitar and versatile repertoire, he began delighting audiences at private functions and events, from Darwin to Kalgoorlie to Margaret River. Warwick’s sets blend original songs with beloved covers, often featuring works by John Williamson, a songwriter he deeply admires.


Warwick’s talents have earned him recognition on the country music circuit. Warwick jointly won the first Nambung best walk-up artist award with Sarah Broome. and became a regular performer at the event, where he not only showcased his music but also supported other artists as a backing musician.


He has recorded two albums in recent years, one of original songs and one of popular country covers and more recently recorded another album of his songs. Warwick considers himself a ballad writer and likes to recall places travelled to with songs.
